As the cenote connects to a lagoon that flows into the ocean, divers may occasionally spot manatees, along with a variety of fish, birds, and plant life that thrive in this vibrant ecosystem. This experience includes two beginner-friendly dives, making it perfect for those looking to integrate into cenote diving for the first time. With a maximum depth of just 5 meters (16 feet), the dives are shallow, calm, and ideal for building confidence in a unique environment. During the dives, you will encounter a gentle halocline, where saltwater and freshwater mix, creating a fascinating visual effect. You'll also explore cavern-like areas beneath the mangroves, where light filters through the roots, producing a magical interplay of shadows and reflections. Cancellation Policy At Scuba Concierge Riviera Maya, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our team, the following cancellation policy applies: 72+ hours before your scheduled experience Full refund, no questions asked. Please note: transaction processing fees are non-refundable. 48 hours before your scheduled experience A deposit fee of $15 USD per person will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded, minus any applicable transaction fees. 24 hours or less before your scheduled experience No refunds will be issued.
