To ensure fairness for both our guests and our team, the following cancellation policy applies: 72+ hours before your scheduled experience Full refund, no questions asked. Please note: transaction processing fees are non-refundable. 48 hours before your scheduled experience A deposit fee of $15 USD per person will be retained. The remaining balance will be refunded, minus any applicable transaction fees. 24 hours or less before your scheduled experience No refunds will be issued.
