The first dive takes place in Cenote Angelita, reaching a maximum depth of 30 meters (98 feet). This deep dive is known for its surreal hydrogen sulfide cloud, which forms a mysterious "underwater river." As you descend through crystal-clear water, you'll encounter this dense layer, beneath which fallen trees create the illusion of a submerged forest. This dive requires excellent buoyancy control, proper gas management, and confidence in deep diving conditions. The second and third dives take place in Cenote Dreamgate, exploring both of its iconic cavern lines: Upstream Line: A shallow but technically demanding dive with a maximum depth of 8 meters (26 feet). This route features narrow passages, delicate formations, and a highly decorated environment filled with stalactites and stalagmites. Precision and control are essential to navigate without disturbing the surroundings. Downstream Line: Also a shallow dive, with a maximum depth of approximately 6 meters (20 feet), offering a different perspective of the cave system.
