Cancellation Policy
Important Notice All prices, deposits, and cancellation fees are charged per person. Scuba diving is an adventure activity that involves inherent risks. This website acts solely as a booking and promotional platform and is not responsible for the operation or execution of the tours. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the terms outlined below. Cancellation, Liability, and Terms of Participation 1. All deposits are charged per person and are 100 percent refundable when a cancellation is made at least seven days prior to the scheduled service date. 2. Deposits charged per person are non refundable for cancellations made less than seven days prior to the scheduled service date. 3. In the event of a no show, a cancellation fee of 50 USD per person will be charged in addition to the forfeiture of the deposit. 4. By booking any service promoted on this website, the user acknowledges and agrees that scuba diving is an activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death. 5. This website acts solely as a promotional and booking platform and holds no responsibility for the execution, safety, or quality of the services provided. Any claims, disputes, or complaints must be directed exclusively to the tour operator delivering the service. 6. The user reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of negligence. In such cases, the tour operator shall be held 100 percent liable for any proven negligence. 7. By confirming a booking, the user expressly waives the right to pursue any civil or criminal legal action against this website and agrees that all legal responsibility rests with the tour operator providing the service.
